Hemp Oil contains about 80% essential fatty acids (EFAs), the highest amount of any other plant. It also contains Linoleic acid, Omega-6 (LA), Alpha-Linolenic acid, Omega-3 (ALA), in addition to gamma-linolenic acid, Omega-6 (GLA) making it an excellent alternative to fish oil supplements, and stearidonic acid, Omega-3 (SDA).
